Cody Giles
After spending much of his childhood moving from place to place, Cody Giles has found a home at The University of Mississippi as the new development officer for the College of Liberal Arts.
Giles earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from UM in 1997. As development officer, he identifies, cultivates and solicits prospective donors for gifts and assists in donor-relations activities.
“In his short time with us, Cody has quickly become an important member of the advancement team,” said Dean Glenn Hopkins. “We are fortunate to have someone with his ability and experience in this position.”

“My goals are to meet as many alumni as I can and raise money for programs and scholarships,” Giles said. “It’s my job to help get Dean Hopkins the funds he needs to offer our students the best liberal arts education we can.”
